It started with a walk to the bus stop to head to the office to catch up on a few extra things before next week. There was a butterfly. A large black one, perched on top of the flower...scared off by a passing cyclist. Oh well, I thought, never mind.
Then, in one of those moments of critical decision-making, it returned...but the bus too, had come around the corner and was seconds from pulling up at the stop. I had one shot, just one shot, on the phone cam...

And that might have been it for the rest of the day. Except that, the parklands around the port move to a different beat on the weekends. It seems to be a popular spot for students, photography students I gather, to take photos of each other as favourite anime characters...I don't know, I'll get to the bottom of it one day.
