Day 208.5: and a bluesky mood or two
Sometimes, dear reader, my 'pic of the day' just overflows with riches. Occasionally, a .5 day will be some little photography learnings...a study I have done to try one technique or another...
At other times, I've been lucky enough to be somewhere where there were (too many ...ere words here) sights to see, images to capture, times to imagine.
With 35 minutes free time between leaving the motel (see Day 208) and getting on with the business of the day (clarinet concert at the Brolga Theatre and associated activities), we had a moment to stroll through the original heritage area of Maryborough, including Cherry Tree Lane and the bank building where PL Travers, 'Mary Poppins', was born and raised before her bank manager father was transferred to near Warwick.
Here's just a small sample of the walk...

A lovely day. I have eaten way too much thanks to country hospitality.
Playing in a clarinet choir does have its advantages.
And now it is back to work.
