This morning was supposed to be a second attempt at last Monday's medicals which didn't happen then because of a cold/flu. Never mind, let's leave it a week...
Fine, except someone forgot to tell head office. So off I went this morning, (with camera in hand knowing that afterwards I was close enough to the bay to 'take a breather') only to arrive to find: no medication. No can do. So, early mark of sorts.
To Wellington Point, a lovely spot by the bay. Helps to have a small distraction.
To begin, let's dance... |
Sail away, sail away, sail away |
Rock pool at the edge of the Bay |
I |
Godwits dancing, or jumping wavelets |
A Welcome swallow, where you'd least expect it |
More mangroves, different from yesterday |
Landing and take off practice |
The Pied Oyster Catcher arrived just in time |
By the jetty |
Waiting for the waves, or something |
Jetty, jutting out |
There was movement at the station, for the fisherman hooked a biggie, or nothing, and chucked the bait this way... |
Don't you agree?
