We, the good burghers of Griffith, for one last time, got to go and vote today. A by-election following the resignation of the local member after the Federal Election. One MrKRudd. So to start the day, off I went to vote. For the first time ever, I received a sticker declaring that to be the case. I also noted laptops in place of paper rolls for the first time too.

I also dropped off a couple of b & w films for processing, yes, the old-fashioned way, just like we used to do (once we packed away the dark room). One roll I took entirely this morning, the kookaburra came around early and allowed a few close-ups. I took advantage.
Later in the day, it was back, for more. Grabbed the digital this time and away we went; there may have even been the occasional cooperative pose.

Now, we just watch the vote count tick over and wait. It is going to be close by the looks. Update tomorrow, when we'll no longer be good burghers. (And the b & w's will be ready in 10 days...that's a bit of a wait.)
