Day 153 2015: A bit of a yawn really...

Day 153: ...until the early evening

With the end of semester upon us, one begins to hide behind the mountains of marking on its way. Sometimes hiding away at home to do the work is the most productive, least distracting way...

...until the lorikeets appear of course. I am now convinced the loris come out and perform for the camera. They weren't actually hanging around when I went outside to check the birdy commotion--something else was up.

Then this flew in...

Yawning (really), not squawking

Hehe

...and a bit later, this...

Regally yours...
Totally unscripted. Totally playing up to the camera. I really have to work out a way to build lorikeets into the assessment and marking process. Never a dull moment really.

And this evening, yes folks, it is that time:

Moon rising...

Homage to Shelley Lloyd (who will capture a much much better view)
Time to return to the marking vortex.
