Today might just be the coldest day in this current snap. The lower temperatures were accompanied today by an even colder wind and, this being Queensland and all, we're not really built to deal terribly well with it. There was even more actual snow out west today, snowfall and piled up snow. A delight for many.
On the other hand, I struggled to get out from under the blanket over my knees as I worked away here today. I popped outside briefly, attracted by the sunlight on the bromeliads, thinking 'ah, sun, warmth'...but not quite.

Still, it afforded the light on the leaves an interesting patina for a brief stop outside to confirm, the best thing to do today is stay indoors.
