It was today, I say unashamedly, a day for the clouds. They fascinated me with their light and shape all day.
For most of the day it felt like the Bay was being blanketed with a large doona, not quite tucked up around the edges. It made for a fascinating series of sky views as I kept on with the preparation required for Monday's last class before the break...

Take off, right turn over the Bay |
Line in the sky |
Rain and blue sky |
A little escapee |
Lighting up just some of the boats |
Gathering |
Bird, cranes, cloud |
Sun begins to set |
Clouds reflected even |
End of the day at the end of the corridor |
Today was a public holiday, although my uni held classes as usual. It was the Emperor's Birthday, he has just turned 83 and is seeking approval to abdicate and see out a rather eventful life quietly.
He should just hide under the doona I reckon. Today was a good day for it.
