And with the passing of the rainy season, out comes the heat. But the good thing is it also means the sunflowers come out. And they are everywhere on the walk to the bus stop.
Amateur photographers like myself could spend hours threading our way through fields of sunflowers. The bees buzz, the petals unfurl, the colour is stunning (and I don't normally go full yellow)...they just ask to be picced.

These ones are just around the corner from where I live, seemingly random in their planting and their blooming. I'll be a bit obsessive over the next few weeks.
