Funny thing that food poisoning. Back on deck this morning like nothing happened. Back to classes, and this week, that terribly difficult task of selecting students who have applied to join my seminar class in 2018.
And the ducks are back, floating around on their preferred patch of the inner port just in front of the hotel across the way. Three or four times today I thought I must get down and have a closer look but before I knew it the day was almost gone...

...well, the daylight. With sundown around 4.30 at the moment, that leaves a lot of time in the working day, into night. And so it was, reading and re-reading applications, sending out requests for interviews, wondering what influence I will have on these new students in years to come...
It is a big responsibility.
