Funny how you can spend ages preparing for something and then the event arrives and then before you know it, it is all over.
And so it has arrived, the last class in our one week special international lectures series. We've been discussing this, preparing, organising for about a year, and today it ended. But it has been a wonderful week. The obvious highlight was last Saturday's excursion, but more significantly has been the way, in a comparatively short period of time, the students have really put in a great effort.
The next stage is to put it all in a small booklet...coming soon.

So at the end of the evening, and to farewell our guests in a most university student-style...we took them to a local eatery for, what else, beer and pizza.
