Yes, we were expecting a slightly bigger than usual full moon. Imagine, in the early twilight, over the Bay bridge...perfect timing (no meetings or classes) ...I even considered taking the big cam to work, with lens(es), such was the anticipation.
Well, anyway, the clouds came over pretty quickly, and then the rain and then more clouds and more rain. So we're probably going to have to wait until tomorrow when we will get a glimpse of what might have been. Tomorrow's weather is forecast: clear. Of course it is.
Oh well, there's always next month. I'll take the moon in any fullness of its fullest phase, super or otherwise.
Meanwhile, there were a few other treats around the Bay at which to marvel...the leaves are getting more intense in colour (augurs well for next Monday methinks)...
